Software Developer and Systems Integrator Expand Partnership To Deliver Comprehensive RFID solutions to IBM System i Customers.

The partnership was announced at the 4th annual EPC Connection 2007 Conference and Exhibition here at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.

Responding to a marketplace need for experienced RFID solution providers who specialize in the IBM System i platform, this strategic partnership offers System i customers a one-stop shop for System i-based RFID software, integration services, RFID hardware, and supplies.

Systems Integration, Development and Marketing Agreement

Under the terms of the strategic partnership agreement, Solzon will provide professional services as CYBRA's Premier Integration Partner in support of the installation and configuration of CYBRA's EdgeMagic which is currently in development. In addition, Solzon will continue to collaborate with CYBRA in the system design and architecture of EdgeMagic which is slated for Customer First Release in December 2007. CYBRA has acquired a perpetual, world-wide license to utilize selected design elements of the Solzon RFID for iSeries product™, and existing customers of Solzon's RFID for iSeries™ product will be offered an upgrade path to EdgeMagic. Another component of the agreement grants marketing rights to Solzon to resell CYBRA's MarkMagic and EdgeMagic product lines.
