The MarkMagic PDF, Fax & E-Mail Add On Option lets you produce PDF files containing searchable text and readable bar codes. The PDF Option can send the PDF documents as e-mail attachments, as well as fax them directly from your iSeries. This option is great for reprinting, faxing and e-mailing copies of invoices, statements, and even labels. The MarkMagic PDF Option is another reason why MarkMagic requires no programming to achieve sophisticated results.
One of the features in new MarkMagic Version 6 is now having the ability to fax MarkMagic formats directly from your System i. In addition to being able to produce PDF documents that can be sent as e-mail attachments, the documents can now be sent via fax as well.
Any format designed using MarkMagic's HPPCL5, HPLJ4P, or AFPDS printer device types can now be faxed directly from the iSeries. This option requires IBM's Facsimile Support for iSeries (licensed program: 5798FAX) to be installed and functional. |
